1. Vacant / holiday property management
- Consult for monthly fee, depending on size of property-
- Key holding service
- Visual check of property weekly - flushing toilets, airing the property, reporting back to you by Email of any irregularity and dealing efficiently with any necessary issue. Suggestions made for repairs and maintenance.
- Meet & greet service for guests- 4 visits per month included (2 guest visits). Excess of 4 visits are charged at 40€ per visit. Arrivals out of operating hours of 09.00-21.00 Monday-Saturday additional charge 50€. Arrivals on Sundays may be possible upon prior arrangement .
- Cleaning service - Arranging cleaning and laundry before and after guests.
- Shopping service - Purchase of basic hygiene and cleaning materials when necessary. Charged at 30€ per shopping trip.
- Trouble shooting – being at hand by phone to deal with any problems which may arise, including calling out service technicians and communicating with you and your guests.
- Visits to take delivery of items if required.
- Being available to offer access to workman if required.
- Collection of post and forwarding of any urgent post by mail if required.
- Guest exit check and advising you of any damage/loss.
- Gardening - cutting grass & keeping tidy- Arranging a gardener is included in the basic management service. Cost of gardener depends on the work required.
- Watering garden on a regular basis - daily in the summer months – visits in excess of the 4-5 per month charged at 40€ per visit. This can also be arranged with the gardener on a monthly basis if preferred.
- Payment of utility bills if required.
2. Occupied long term rented property management
- Consult for monthly fee, depending on size of property-
- Key holding service.
- Trouble shooting – being at hand to deal with any problems arising and keeping you and your tenant informed of repairs to be carried out .
- Communication with tenant. Keeping him informed on any progress or necessary repairs.
- Check up visits to the rental property when appropriate and upon previous contractual agreement with the tenants
- Communication with you as owner and keeping you informed in all matters and decisions from start to finish.
- Arranging trustworthy and efficient workman and technicians where necessary.
- Visits to take delivery of items or to offer access to workman if necessary.
- Collection of post if requested and forwarding of any urgent post by mail.
- Payment of utility bills and liaising with your tenant regarding payments due, where appropriate.

- A complete selection of professional tradesmen at your disposal for any job required, no matter how small or large. Allow me to oversee any work needed in your property, arranging quotes and liaising efficiently with the necessary tradesmen to ensure a satisfactory job from start to finish.
